Unusual Butterfly

Request help to identify insects or other creatures. Please post the location that the insect you want to identify came from, this will help greatly in species determination.

Unusual Butterfly

This butterfly landed on my window today in Green Bay, WI. I've never seen one like it. Does anyone know what kind it is?

It's a moth in the family Geometridae. An upperside view would be easier for providing an ID but maybe something like Rheumaptera hastata.
