This came to BLB trap, Finger Lakes region NY. It's new to me, and unusual. Wingspan about 15mm.

My guess is a stonefly (Plecoptera) adult, family Leuctridae.

It's actually a Long-horned Caddisfly (family Leptoceridae). A cool group, and not uncommon in the right habitat in my experience.
