Miguel, could you kindly give us some interesting tidbit about your species photographs ?

If these are endemics perhaps you could elaborate as to why ? Are they extremely localized ? Is there something unique about their lifespan or the environs where they are found etc.

I don't know if I'll make a good english explanation about this butterflies, Polyommatus nivescens is endemic but not rare butterfly in the places where I use to go to collect,uses to fly in mountains with not to much plants,the two of the photo were collected in a mountains of Teruel in July but if you go to the South in Andalucía you'll find them flying in June usually.

Thank you Miguel for telling us something about these species !

It really adds so much more meaning to the photograph.
Also, your English is more than adequate and very easy to understand.

There is a saying that "every picture tells a story" but, I like to think that any curious tidbit (added) makes any photograph ---- all that more interesting !
