Thank you. I did find that Air France flew from Miami to Martinique, then to Pointe à Pitre, then finally to Cayenne. Originally all I could find was flying to Paris, then to Cayenne!

I think there is a direct flight between Miami and Pointe-à-Pitre (that may make a bus stop in Fort-de-France (Martinique))
