Re: RIP Werner Zoeller
A great shame. It was always nice to chat with him at the Insect fairs every autumn.
At least Christoph continues his business.

Werner accompanied me for 45 years in my entomological life.
I will miss him ....

Oh no.... How very sad to hear this news. Werner was a kind, generous, and wonderfully knowledgeable man. I had the great pleasure of collecting with him at his Costa Rica home, and in his collection in Brachbach. My wife and I enjoyed hosting him and Sabine at our home on a couple of occasions too. The world will be a sadder place without Werner. How very much we shall miss him!
Re: RIP Werner Zoeller
Werner was one of my best friend. We have visited and hunted together with our wives in many countries. He was a mentor to me.
I will never forget our weekends at his home discovering new arrivals of butterflies.
We miss him.

Re: RIP Werner Zoeller
I quickly logged in to express my condolence about the passing of Werner. I will never forget our first handshake at Seraing insect fair in Belgium when I had the luck to be placed next to his booth. In 2016 I visited him and Sabine in Costa Rica and had an amazing time seeing what they had built there. Werner is one of the few that have lived life to their fullest. RIP.
