Collecting Megasoma vogti

M. vogti is the largest of the 3 Megasoma species in the United States, with males reaching lengths of 47mm. Most, however, are under 40 mm. It is found in south central Texas. The other 2 US species are punctulatum from Arizona & sleeperi from California. This video is from Youtube.
