Bug found changing sheets IN, USA

Please tell me this isn't a bed bug!
He scurried out from a sheet when I was changing my bedding. It's 2mm long, that's why the pic is somewhat blurry. It died with a good dousing of dilute lavender oil. If you need a better pic I can try but it's so tiny.----
