Battus devilliers (female)

Post by Trehopr1 »

Cuban material of any kind has ALWAYS been
practically impossible to source here in America.
Particularly, since Castro's cuban revolution of the
early 1960's. Some things do show-up (prior to) that
time in collections when our rapport with Cuba was
far more friendly but, not too often.

So, one could say that acquiring anything from there
after 1962 verges on a big "taboo" here but, resourceful
individuals with deep pockets did still manage....

Here I show a (female) of Battus devilliers; another cuban
endemic (far as I know).

Data: Cuba
Camagney Prov.
Nov.1977
