Dear Insectnet members,

Welcome to our new forum software ! It has been a lot of work, so we hope you like it !
I would like to thank again the moderation team who helped me improve this new software.

This new software is really intuitive and close to the Proboards forum. There are few new stuff :
- ability to directly attach pictures in your post. See here how : How to upload pictures
- you can display your country flag below your username. Useful to show our new members that we are an international forum with members from all over the globe
- you can use "emoticones" on other members' posts. Just click on the smiley at the right of the post.
- the moderation tools are easier to use and moderators will have to explain their moderation.

You will have to "register" to use this new forum. Please use the same username as on the previous foru
Remember our simple rules : Insectnet forum rules

If you have any suggestions or issues on the new forum, please use the "Technical Issues" board : Technical issues
Olivier

Thanks Olivier! And for others looking, remember there is https://archive.insectnet.com/ and you can log in to remind yourself what your old user name was.

Thanks for the welcome Wollastoni (May I call you Woll for short?). While I don't visit this forum too often it is nice to be invited to it so I can join in the conversation when I need to. Ok, so what's the latest on Murder Hornets spreading Monkey Pox? LOL
Love the new look by the way.

Just to clarify, I should mention that the Insect Collectors' Forum (https://collector-secret.proboards.com/) has not been closed, and will continue to operate as well as the new Insectnet forum.

Adam.
