Seen on Mill Pond (Park), Richmond Hill, ON, 27 July 2023.

Grateful for confirmation or other suggestions.

ID'd thus far by one person on iNaturalist.

Assuming Ontario Odonata vol. 5 p. 5 (Table 1) is correct in saying that only A. cornutus has a dorsal marking on S8, then these should be A. villomphus...

Many thanks for feedback and prompting me to do further research.
