The InsectNet Marketplace is down.
The issue comes from our marketplace software supplier Ilance.
As their own website ilance.com is down, I guess they have a serious issue...

Let's hope they fix it asap and answer my voice messages (I guess they receive tons of messages today...)

Yes, we had to buy a larger server due to too many pictures uploaded by sellers.
We should be back today or tomorrow.

Grmpfff the problem seems worst than thought by my tech team... and I am facing a TOTAL non-professionalism from Ilance (the Canadian company who created the marketplace software)... so it will take more time... I keep you all informed.

Again back: "Error 500 - Internal Server Error", "An error was encountered while processing your request. Typically this is a temporary condition. Please contact the web site owner for further assistance."

Yes, we have a lot of error 500 and error 508...
It can work if you refresh the pages.

Our team is on it, but the software producer (Ilance) seems to have disappeared... so not easy...
