Found a bug I can't identify in my bathroom
Found a bug I can't identify in my bathroom
Quick note-no photo provided as it is on my iphone and I would need to transfer using Airdrop. Anyway I can describe the bug. physical traits-black or some dark color(was flying around in a lit area with a window in the roof, so color was hard to tell), had transparent wings slightly longer than the body and tips when laid look like the top of a heart, size wise I would guess about 3-4 inches(I live in the US and most typically use those units, sorry), I do think it might be a fly or a bee or something similar as it would fly around with a buzzing sound but would fly for a short time and then land again in a different spot on or near the window. I saw at least 4 legs, could have been 6 but like I said the light made it hard. Any help would be appreciated. Location(forgot sorry):Greenville, North Carolina, USA

I got a 'file corrupted' error message after downloading and trying to open the photo.
You won't get even an approximate ID without a photo, it's just not possible.
Adam.
PS. Try to upload the jpeg photo, rather than a zip folder, then it will display in the post.
