I wonder if the Queen or other members of the royal family were interested in butterflies.

I saw a documentary where one of the Queen's clergy was interviewed and he mentioned her interest in butterflies. I also believe the Duke of Edinburgh also took an interest in entomology in general.
The silk for Princess Diana's wedding dress was produced from silk worms reared at Compton House.
