Dragonfly?

I would ask for a possible identification on this one.
It was taken on a branch outside our home in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
Maybe not much to go on but it's all I have. Your help is greatly appreciated.
The image I cropped down from about 30 feet (10 meters) away, so the image is at 100%.

Dragonflies can be tricky, especially from this angle. But try Pachydiplax longipennis
