Sphingicampa

I posted this in the old forum but decided to re-post for the benefit of new members. There are 8 species of Sphingicampa (formerly Syssphinx) in N. America, 2 in the east and the rest in the west (TX to AZ). They belong to the silkmoth family. The range extends into Mexico. I collected these with a 400-watt MV light rig. Not all species are represented in this photo, but I have all the N. American species in my collection. It's
