I ordered some plastazote from them. They were very nice and the order was delivered promptly. I plan to become a regular customer.

Livingplanet, I've never heard of Lantana described as smelling like "citus, pine, & gasoline". To me it has a very pleasant odor, and you can smell it without cutting it. It's definitely not odorless.

Re: White-M Hairstreak (Parrhasius m-album)

This is one of only 2 specimens I have. This one is in poor condition and the other one is worse. I hope to find better ones but I seldom see them. If anyone has collecting tips for this species, please post them here.

Re: Morpho cypris female form cyanites

Anna, do you routinely remove the abdomens and glue them back on? If not, how do you keep the wings from greasing?

You are close to my age. I was born in 1948, on the same day Prince (now King) Charles was born.

Dryocampa kendalli

I just heard about this newly described (Sept. 2023) species from the Texas hill country. Closely related to D. rubicunda (Rosy Maple moth). Larvae feed on Red Buckeye, won't accept Maple. Flies in March & April.

A. curvilinea is a visual stunner. Trehopr, do you know what country it's from?
I think I collected A. louisiana as a kid, but thought it was A. io. I no longer have those specimens but caught a couple of them a few years ago. Below are zephyria, randa, iris, io (all USA)

USA Cerambycidae

These are not recent captures, but I thought I'd throw in a few more cerambycids after seeing Mike H's call for more beetles. All are from USA, mostly TX, AZ, FL. If you're interested in IDs, let me know & I'll post them after Thanksgiving.
