The underside of T agrippina is impressive also. I'm not sure whether there is a brown form and a blue form, or whether it depends on the viewing angle.

There was also the '50s sci-fi movie "Mothra", featuring a giant moth. The larva was scarier than the moth.

Another option is to collect in parts of the United States that get tropical strays. These include southern Florida, southern Texas, and the mountains of southeast Arizona during monsoon season.

Yes, nice species. Trehopr, do you get E. marcellus where you are? They are difficult to catch, especially without knocking off the tails. The early Spring brood is most abundant and if you find a good spot for them you can get plenty of practice and some intact specimens.
